Arizona native, moved to Lehi, Utah with my wife and two dogs. Currently pursuing my pilots license as a hobbyist and frankly I just enjoy most things with a motor that go fast. Also big into snow sports and beach naps. 

 

Currently going into my 10th year of CRE working primarily with Land and Investment properties. I’m still heavily active in the Arizona market, but am excited to have a Utah presence now as well. 

 

For the last several years specifically I’ve focused on land, working with MF, Mixed Use, Storage, and industrial developers on site acquisition (Buyers Rep). As the market’s recently slowed down I’ve started to include spec farm land into that mix as those are the guys who still had an appetite and cash available.
