Sherida's start in real estate dates back to 2003. In the last 17 years, she's built up a broad knowledge base in both residential and multifamily markets. Since getting her Realtor license in 2006, she's tackled everything from owner-built custom homes in Utah County and Park City to helping investors expand their portfolio during a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.

In January 2017, Sherida joined the Fourplex Investment Group. Her natural eye for both interior and exterior design, combined with her seasoned background in real estate sales, has led to a long streak of strong returns and satisfied clients.
